Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG SA appoints a new Supervisory Board member
On March 19th 2012, the Annual General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA appointed Ms Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
At present, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA is composed of nine persons:
Wojciech Chmielewski - Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Marcin Moryń - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Mieczysław Kawecki - Secretary of the Supervisory Board,
Agnieszka Chmielarz - Member of the Supervisory Board,
Józef Głowacki - Member of the Supervisory Board,
Janusz Pilitowski - Member of the Supervisory Board,
Prof. Mieczysław Puławski - Member of the Supervisory Board,
Ewa Sibrecht-Ośka - Member of the Supervisory Board,
Jolanta Siergiej - Member of the Supervisory Board.
