The Department of Geology and Exploitation was created in September 2012 in order to consolidate and optimize the exploration and exploitation  processes in PGNiG S.A. The centralization of key functions within the framework of the new Department has resulted in facilitating the exchange of the best practices as well as support of the development of key competences in the field of geology, surveying, drilling, environment protection and exploitation of hydrocarbon deposits for exploration and exploitation processes. The creation of one of the most specialized competence center has allowed us to make a better use of the deposits and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s activity.
